Yes. Your project enquiry and the initial assessment are free and without obligation. You decide on the next steps only after the scope has been clarified.
Can I select several areas at the same time?+
Yes. In the first step, you can combine bathroom, kitchen, flooring, building services, electrics, and new-build or renovation work.
Can I upload several photos or plans?+
Yes. You can upload up to eight images, plans or sketches. Uploading is optional, but helps with the initial assessment.
Does my project budget need to be fixed already?+
No. Simply select a non-binding indicative figure or “Not decided yet”. The budget information is used only to suggest suitable next steps.
How quickly will I receive a reply?+
We review every enquiry personally and usually respond within one working day by email, phone or WhatsApp, according to your choice in the enquiry form.
