GLOBAL IMPACT · PRESENTED BY SMART BAU GROUP

Global Impact.
Smartliving
for everyone.

01

Lokal verankert

Entscheidungen mit Menschen und Fachpartnern vor Ort.

02

Übertragbar geplant

Dokumentierte Prozesse ersetzen keine lokale Lösung.

03

Langfristig gedacht

Lebensdauer, Betrieb und Nutzung von Anfang an.

VON DER SCHWEIZ IN DIE WELT

Global denken.
Lokal Verantwortung übernehmen.

Unser operativer Schwerpunkt liegt heute in der Schweiz. International verfolgen wir ein partnerschaftliches Entwicklungsmodell.

IMPACT PRINCIPLES

Sechs Prinzipien.

02QUALITÄT · SYSTEME

Bauen, was morgen trägt

Wiederholbare Standards schaffen Orientierung.

PARTNERSCHAFTS-NAVIGATOR

Wo könnte eine Zusammenarbeit beginnen?

MENSCHEN · RÄUME · PERSPEKTIVEN

Menschen bauen keine Vision.

IMPACT REQUIRES ACCOUNTABILITY

More than a big idea.

An international vision becomes credible only when the foundations of every project can be verified.
01

Local context

Use, climate, regulations, availability and cultural conditions shape every solution.

02

Clear accountability

Roles, decisions, safety and quality assurance are transparently defined before the project starts.

03

Transparent planning

Options, risks and project foundations remain clearly documented for everyone involved.

04

Long-term use

Operation, maintenance, adaptability and service life are part of the project, not just completion.

2030 VISION

2030 is not an end point.
It is a direction.

By 2030, we aim to develop a robust model from selected partnerships that combines Swiss quality thinking with local expertise: transparent, adaptable and tailored to each place.Discover the 6S system

INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION PARTNERSHIPS

Swiss qualitythinking. Local expertise.

Global Impact does not offer ready-made country packages, but a structured path from the first idea to a responsible pilot decision.
01

Needs and feasibility

Site, users, legal basis, project scope, funding and operation are assessed together before any commitment.

02

Partnership and safety

Local specialist partners, clear responsibilities, occupational safety and transparent quality checks form the project foundation.

03

Pilot and learning

A manageable pilot provides robust findings. Only then is it decided which elements can continue.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Global Impact, clearly explained.

What exists today, what remains a vision and how a potential partnership is assessed.
01What is Global Impact?+

Global Impact is Smart Bau Group’s future and development initiative. It brings together ideas for repeatable construction processes, local partnerships and liveable spaces.

02Is Global Impact an aid organisation?+

No. Global Impact is an entrepreneurial future initiative. It aims to create social impact through responsible construction projects, knowledge transfer and local collaboration. Charitable activities are mentioned only when specifically evidenced and reported separately.

03Is Smart Bau Group already active internationally?+

Operations are currently focused on Switzerland. International regions are being assessed as possible development and partnership fields. A presence or active project is stated only where it has actually been confirmed.

04How will local jobs and businesses be strengthened?+

The aim is to develop projects with regional specialists, partners and supply chains. The actual impact depends on the project and local conditions, so we do not publish generic job or growth figures.

05How is a project’s impact measured?+

Possible criteria include local procurement, knowledge transfer, safety, resource demand, service life and quality of use. Results are published only when they have been robustly measured for the specific project.

06Who can request a partnership?+

Municipalities, developers, planning practices, specialist contractors and organisations may submit a proposal. Smart Bau Group reviews objectives, roles, feasibility and accountability before collaborating.

07What does the 2030 vision mean?+

2030 defines the strategic direction of Global Impact. Individual steps depend on suitable partnerships, permits, funding and local conditions.
