Atmosphere at the touch of a button

02Blinds

Sun, privacy and comfort

HOW A SMART BUILDING THINKS

From sensing to the right response.

01

Sense

Occupancy, brightness, temperature and consumption provide only the signals that are genuinely needed.

02

Decide

Local rules combine daily routines, time, weather and priorities into transparent logic.

03

Respond

Lighting, blinds, climate control, access and loads work together – without unnecessary steps.

04

Optimise

Consumption and behaviour become visible. Scenes can be adjusted cleanly later.

ELECTRICAL · SMART HOME · SWITZERLAND

How much do an electrical installation and smart home cost?

A reliable guide price considers far more than visible switches. The distribution board, protection, cable routes, rooms, devices, programming, commissioning and documentation form the complete system.
01

Partial electrical modernisation

approx. CHF 6,000–20,000

Selected circuits, switches, sockets, protection and documentation

02

Complete apartment rewiring

approx. CHF 15,000–40,000

Guide price for typical apartment sizes with accessible cable routes

03

Smart-home retrofit

approx. CHF 4,000–18,000

Lighting, blinds or selected scenes – depending on the system and number of rooms

04

Integrated smart home

approx. CHF 18,000–55,000

Multiple trades, sensors, visualisation, programming and commissioning

Prices as of August 2026. Non-binding guide prices including VAT for typical, readily accessible situations. Apartment buildings, commercial properties and larger installations require individual planning. Binding only after a site survey, detailed design, system selection and written quotation.

ONE BUILDING · ONE LOGIC

Power, lighting and data as one intelligent system.

The future is not created by using as many apps as possible, but through clear controls, local core functions and well-planned interfaces.
01

Electrical basics

Distribution board, protection, circuits, sockets, connections and clear documentation.

02

Lighting & scenes

General, task and accent lighting with dimming, daylight and occupancy logic.

03

Blinds

Control blinds and solar shading according to time, weather, brightness or room temperature.

04

Security

Connect access, door communication, occupancy and selected detectors sensibly.

05

Energy

Bring consumption, photovoltaics, storage and charging infrastructure together transparently.

06

Network

Plan LAN, Wi-Fi, multimedia and the equipment hub as a reliable digital foundation.

FROM IDEA TO SMART BUILDING

Four steps. One intuitive system.

  1. 01

Understand how it will be used

Rooms, daily routines, devices and priorities are recorded. You can add photos of the distribution board and rooms or a floor plan to speed up the initial assessment.

  2. 02

    Plan the infrastructure

The distribution board, circuits, network, lighting and spare capacity are coordinated.

  3. 03

    Programme scenes

Controls, automations, data protection and behaviour during outages are defined.

  4. 04

    Test & hand over

Professional installation, inspection, labelling, commissioning and instruction are documented. You can choose to receive the reply by email, phone or WhatsApp.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

What owners should know before electrical and smart-home projects.

How much does an electrical installation or smart home cost?+

It depends on the building, floor area, existing distribution board, cable routes, number of circuits and smart-home modules. The online range is a non-binding guide including VAT; the price becomes binding only after an assessment of the existing installation, system selection and a written quotation.

Can a smart home be retrofitted in an existing building?+

Yes. Depending on the building fabric, wired extensions, wireless solutions or a hybrid system may be suitable. Existing cables, neutral conductors, the distribution board, wireless coverage, data protection and long-term maintainability are decisive.

Do I always need an app for a smart home?+

No. Good planning ensures that lighting, blinds and central scenes can also be operated using intuitive switches. The app and remote access are additions, not the only means of control.

What happens if the internet or server fails?+

Critical basic functions should continue to operate locally. Which functions remain available without internet access depends on the chosen system and is documented before ordering.

May I carry out electrical work myself?+

Electrical installation work is regulated in Switzerland. Installation, inspection and documentation must be handled by appropriately authorised professionals. An online enquiry does not replace a technical assessment.

How do I report an urgent electrical fault?+

If there is smoke, fire, electric shock, sparks, exposed live parts or water near electrical equipment, keep your distance and call 118, or 144 if anyone is injured. For a fault that does not pose an immediate danger, you can send photos and details using the fault-report box; this does not yet confirm a call-out.

Can PV, storage and a charging station be integrated?+

Yes. Capacity, the building connection, metering, load management and possible future extensions must be planned together. Detailed sizing is carried out only once the technical information is available.
