Data processed

We process technical access data and information you send us through forms, email or phone. For a project enquiry, this may also include voluntarily uploaded project photos, plans and sketches. This data is used for communication, project assessment, contract performance and security.

Unsent enquiry drafts

To preserve your choices when switching language, we keep the current draft locally in your browser session. This includes selected areas, wishes and any contact details already entered. The draft expires after two hours and is deleted after successful submission. Selected files are not stored for this purpose and must be selected again after reloading.

Enquiry attribution

When you reach our website through a tagged link from LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, a business directory or a Google Business Profile, we keep the campaign parameters and the first and last source only in session storage for the current browser session. These details are stored only when you submit a project enquiry.

Google Ads measurement

We load the Google tag (Google Ads ID AW-18481445916) only with your voluntary consent. Google can then process visits and successfully submitted project enquiries to measure our ads, using cookies or similar technologies. We do not send form contents such as your name, email, phone number, images or project details to the tag. Without consent, it is not loaded. You can change your choice via ‘Advertising measurement settings’ in the footer. Google's privacy information also applies to its processing.

Appointment requests

You can request a site visit or telephone consultation through our appointment form. We use your contact details, preferred date, property address, note and voluntarily uploaded images to organise the appointment. If you add an appointment after a project enquiry, the request is linked to that enquiry. An appointment is agreed only after our personal confirmation.

Project images and retention

Uploaded project images are stored privately, are not published publicly and are used only to assess and process your enquiry. We retain information and files only for as long as required for the relevant purpose or by law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, provided no legal obligations prevent this.
